به دلیل تغییرات فنی در ساختار فیزیکی ساختمان و شبکه دیتاسنتر آلمان جهت افزایش پهنای باند به 10gbps و تعویض سوئیچ ها و روترهای بستر ارتباطی در "گیگا دی سی" شهر مونیخ به اطلاع می رساند در نیمه شب تاریخ 21 آپریل 2009 ساعت 2 الی 8 صبح به وقت ایران کلیه سرورهای واقع در دیتاسنتر گیگا کشور آلمان خاموش خواهد شد. این تغییرات و Downtime از طرف دیتاسنتر بوده و تاریخ آن غیر قابل تغییر است. پس از تغییرات سرورها روشن و به کارکرد عادی خود ادامه خواهند داد.

Dear ladies and gentlemen,

With this e-mail we would like to inform you that during the night of the 20th to the 21st of April (Monday to Tuesday during the next week), your colocated server will be moved to our new datacenter. With the launch of our new high-tech datacenter, which will have space for at least 4000 servers, we reach a new milestone for our customers. After the move, there will be a multitude of advantages – some of them are listed below.

We ask for your understanding that, for this one-time move, your server will have to be shut down and be offline for a few hours. Of course we will do our best to minimize this offtime and take care that your server is properly restarted after the move has been completed. To minimize service interruption, we have scheduled these tasks to be performed during nighttime hours. Should it be necessary, we would like to ask you to prepare your operating system accordingly so that the subsequent restart will work flawlessly. In 95% of all cases no action is required to achieve this.

This move only affects servers located in our datacenter in Munich. No servers in Frankfurt will be affected, these will be moved at the end of April. Of course, customers with servers in Frankfurt will be notified when they will be affected!

We ask for your understanding in this matter and would appreciate it very much if you could - for the time of the move and the period directly afterwards - limit notification of our support department to one e-mail per incident (support@giga-international.com). As soon as the move has been completed, we will take care of all problems (if there are any) successively. We strive to do this as fast and efficiently as possible. Please do not call us within this time or send repeated e-mails. Only by this you can ensure that your request will be taken care of as soon as possible.

As mentioned, there is a multitude of advantages which our customers will benefit from after the move:

- Your new server location: After a planning and construction phase of almost one year we are proud to be able to host your server in a high-tech datacenter with multiple redundant fiber uplinks, a massively optimized double floor and therefore highly efficient climatization system, all operated by Giga-International for its customers

- Long term cost advantage through the use of energy-efficient technology such as climatization with freecooling, which we will pass on to you

- Further improvement of our service; 365 days a year from 8 am to 11 pm via telephone and e-mail, only one story above the datafloor

- An even faster uplink to the Internet for your server: We have – exclusively for this new location – improved our network through the use of premium Cisco switches and routers and an Internet uplink of 10 gbit/s which will be expanded further through the introduction of new carriers in the future

- More details and further media regarding our new datacenter will be put on our website within the next few weeks

We promise you that with our new location, an even better product will be created for you – it will be worth it!

این دیتاسنتر به تقریبا شده 2 تا گیگا قدیم چه از نظر ساختمان و غیره ...
سرویس هاش هم بدلیل استقبال مردم زیاد تر کرده و پرت ارتباطی برای پشتیبانی سرورهای بیشتر بالا برده !

ولی من جدی گفتم ! الان حدود 16 ماهه با این شرکت کار کردم شاید سر جمع یک روز Down بودم ان هم بدلیل مسائل شبکه و پهنای باند نامحدودی که عرض کردم آپگرید کردند مشکل حل شد .

برای من فرق نمی کنه می خواهد بخره یا نه من که مشتری شرکت هستم گفتم ... :nono:
