کنترل پنل EHCP مشکل با فایل .htaccess

من میخوام پرودکت بزارم روی پوشم ولی نمیشه اینم کدشه
کدش کار میکنهکد:AuthName "Authorization Required" AuthType Basic AuthUserFile /home/dlfire.ir/httpdocs/vip/files/.htpasswd AuthGroupFile /dev/null require valid-user
جال اینجاست که http://dlfire.ir/vip/files/ رو باز میکنه و یوزر و پسورد هم میخواد ولی بعدش ارور زیر میده
وب سرورشم این هستکد:Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
