مشکل در نصب postgresql در centos

سلام
من برای نصب اکانتینگ IBSng نیاز به نصب postgresql دارم ، اما هرکاری میکنم نصب نمیشه
موقع نصب این پیغام خطا رو میده :

خیلی سرچ زدم چیزی پیدا نکردم
