استارت نشدن postgresql !

سلام

امروز خیلی اتفاقی سرور ریستارت شد و بعد از بالا اومدنش سرویس postgresql دیگه استارت نمیشه !

(سرور هم centos5.5 هست)

لاگ pgstartup هم :

This user must also own the server process.

The database cluster will be initialized with locale en_US.UTF-8.
The default database encoding has accordingly been set to UTF8.
