مشکل در آپدیت mysql و استارت نشدن

با سلام ودوستان mysql رو خاستم به 5.6 اپدیت کنم به اررو زیر برخوردم نه میشه اپگرد کرد و نه میشه اپدیت کرد

Restarting MySQL.
