مشکل باز نشدن صفحه هاست فقط در یک سیستم - ضروری

سلام بر همه دوستان .

جدیدا به یه مشکلی برخورد کردم که راه حلش را پیدا نکردم .

من ویندوز لب تاپ را عوض کردم و انتی ویروس Norton Internet Security با لایسنس اورجینال را هم نصب و اپدیت کردم اما وقتی صفحه پنل هاست اعم از :2082 یا /cpanel یا حتی صفحه ایمیل هاست را هم میزنم هیچی باز نمی شود .

با چند تا مرورگر هم تست کردم بازم نشد . با اینترنت دیگر هم تست کردم بازم نشد .

اما همان سایت ها را با همان اینترنت با همان مروگر اما با یک سیستم دیگر تست میکنم باز میشود .

بر روی سیستم خودم هم اگر فی لتر ش ک ن فعال باشد باز میشود اما بدون انها خیر .

حال دلیل بروز چنین مشکلی چیست ؟ راه حل رفع مشکل چیست ؟

Here are the steps to open ports:1. Open Norton Internet Security.2. Click on Settings.
3. Go to Network Settings.4. Under Smart Firewall, click Configure next to Advanced Settings.5. Click on Configure by General Rules6. Click Add.7. In the Add Rule wizard, select the action that the rule should take, and then click Next.8. Select the type of connection that the rule should monitor, and then click Next.
9. Select the computers that the rule should monitor, and then click Next.10. Select the protocols that the rule should monitor.
11. Select the ports that the rule should monitor, and then click Next.12. If you want the logs for this rule to be saved, check Create an event log entry, and then click Next.13. In the "What do you want to call this rule?" box, type a name for the rule, and then click Next.
14. Review the new rule settings, and if they are correct, click Finish.15. Click Move Up to move the rule to top, and make it a higher priority
16. Click OK / Apply and close Settings.Let us know how it goes

یه مقدار مشخص نیست چی به چی هست میشه خودتان بفرمائید ؟

برای مشتریان ما بعضی مواقع اینطوری میشه میتونید تیم ویور بریزید و در خصوصی بنده ای دی و پسورد رو بدید بیام رو سیستمتون چک کنم

احتمالا از فایروال نورتون هستش ...

کوکی مروگرتونو پاک کنید و از اون سیستم وارد شید شاید ای پی سیستمونو بلاک کرده یا ممکنه کش مروگر باشه

خدمت تان عرض کردم که تازه ویندوز عوض شده . با چند مروگر هم تست شده .

با همان اینترنتی که باز نمی شود یک سیستم دیگر وصل شد .

دوستان کسی راه حلی ندارد ؟
