مثل اینکه این مشکل سراسری ئه. یه چند نفر کلاهبردار پیدا شدن و .... و فری لنسر تعداد زیادی از تراکنش های مالی رو reverse کرده. من باهاشون صحبت کردم و گفتم که این چه وضعیه؟ می فرمایند که طبق ToS ما هیچ مسئولیتی در مقابل پرداخت پول کار شما به شما نداریم.
الان یه کمپین راه افتاده که به دولت استرالیا بگن (فری لنسر استرالیایی ئه) که این کلاه بردار ها رو جمع کنه ...

Hello Support team,
I was just looking through the website and I see that some funds are taken out from my account: On the transaction it says: Reversal of [Transfer from insertwb for project I need a perl code executer (Partial payment for project) (USD) from 05/12/2013 at 20:59 EDT] (USD)
And the project has been suddenly `re-opened` on my task list. But this was completed and I received the email. What's happening here?
Also why is it deducted from my account 2 times? instead of one?
I cannot understand this. Please reply as soon as possible.

Thanks for your correspondense.
I have finished the project and they have released the milestone and funds. I cannot see why this should be taken out of my account when they have account issues.
This has absolutely nothing to do with me.
On my end everything was finalized. The reason we use freelancer.com is exactly to avoid such a thing.
Please elaborate on this situation and keep me updated. My communication with them just fails, i have previously informed FL about this.

I tried to message them with:
"Hi. Freelancer said you have had account issues with them and they have reversed the transaction. Could you please resend the payments? "
But their account is unavailable and I don't think they respond to this message.
I still don't understand that why the funds are removed from my account, regardless their problem. The project was properly done and payments sent and in my account, all decided and everything finished and settled.
I believe this is not right to reverse the transactions, without my consent, because a problem has been discovered with the other party after they sent their payments.

The funds are already in your employer's account as it was reversed. You can only file a dispute if the Milestone Payment is not released. Your employer needs to settle his account issues first to proceed with the payment. You can refer him to the Verification Center to settle his account issues.

And what if they don't respond at all, like in the current situation?? They are non-responsive.
The milestone was released, and work was delivered, and then freelancer.com took the money out of my account. And now ` I can only dispute if milestone is not released `. What if the milestone was released and every party was happy and then funds suddenly disappear because someone has a problem and is gone?
I kindly ask Freelancer.com to put my money back, because I have delivered the work, and that's all that is relevant to my end. Please note this again: WORK is delivered, they have their codes, so why should they respond??? Why should they care about what happens to my money?
Please elevate this ticket to someone from your tier 2 support so I can discuss this further. I googled a bit and saw that this is not the first time this is happening with freelancer.com. There is a lot of bad reviews about this subject and I do want to think that FL is able to sort this out with me on warm grounds of mutual understanding and professional work ethics.
