عدم اجرای آپاچی در وی پی اس ویندوز

با سلام. من با انجام کارهایی که دوستان مشکلم حل نشد و خطای زیر را دارم:

on line 17 of C:/xampp/apache/conf/extra/httpd-xampp.conf: Cannot load /xampp/p
hp/php5ts.dll into server: This application has failed to start because the appl
ication configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this pr
oblem.
Now we Start Apache2.4
The Apache2.4 service is starting.
The Apache2.4 service could not be started.

A service specific error occurred: 1.

توی لاگی که بهتون داده،خودش گفته که یکبار xampp رو پاک کنید و دوباره نصب کنید،تا درست بشه...

خودم همین مشکلو داشتم،که بعد از نصب دوبارش درست شد...

نه یکبار دهها باز پاک کردم و مجددا نصب بازم همین لاگ رو میده
