LOG INTO YOUR SERVER AS THE ROOT USER.
1) Download the following file:
64 Bit Installer
wget http://www.zvps.co.uk/sites/default/files/downloads/centos-6-3/package/i...32 Bit Installer
wget http://www.zvps.co.uk/sites/default/files/downloads/centos-6-3/package/i...2) Unzip the tarball
tar -xf zpanelx-centos-6-beta.tar.gz
(if running windows use a program capable of extracting a tarball file)3) Change the script to be executable
chmod +x installer.sh.x4) Run the ZPanelX installer
yum install ld-linux.so.2
./installer.sh.x5) Follow the on screen instructions during the installation.6) At the end please record down the mysql root password.
(you will need this to access mysql via the root user and also for running future updates to zpanel)
All Passwords are stored in /root/passwords.txt7) As soon as the server reboots please login to ZPanel and change the zadmin password ASAP.8) Finally Review the log file in /root/ for errors if you may have encountered during the installation process.9) Issues/Errors and improvement requests for the ZPanelX installers? Log them at http://bugs.zpanelcp.com and we or the ZPanelCP Core Development Team will look into them. Please do not contact us directly for support.
