if youre gonna use the server that way and technically you need a warez server so that you wont recieve any abuse reports, id suggest you using holand datacenters such as ecatel.
not me but some guys here can help you with that if you just need a spam-free server. just let the guys know.
using iran vps could cause problems for all of us and thats why you wont be able to get too many offers. When too many abuses are recieved and the datacenter doesnt respond, then the ip range would be blocked in other countries and that means the ip would have no usages from then on!
one more thing is that we are all afarid of you not being a foreigner whos trying to get service without any identification ( i mean we all are not so sure about you being iranian. That could cause problem for your service provider cause theyve got responsibilities for the ip they provide and all of them get id card from iranian customers so that they can exactly say who used the ip and whos responsible for that (.
