منم متوجه نشدم چی گفتین

واسه Cpanel از روش زیر استفاده کنید :

in a text editor open the file - /opt/suphp/etc/suphp.conf

search for [phprc_paths]
and uncommenting the lines as follows:

[phprc_paths]
;Uncommenting these will force all requests to that handler to use the php.ini
;in the specified directory regardless of suPHP_ConfigPath settings.
application/x-httpd-php=/usr/local/lib/
application/x-httpd-php4=/usr/local/php4/lib/
application/x-httpd-php5=/usr/local/lib/
restart apache
you are done, now regardless of php.ini at their home folders, all users will be forced to use php.ini at the above paths .
