Basically starting off with Quadix was a pain in my ass. They setup the server pretty quickly, got it up and running in 48 hours. From there the quality went down very very quickly, I received 18 /32's routed to me as well as a /27 and a /28 they screwed up the subnetting to begin with which I resolved on my own.
Now I have ran into an issue where they deployed a trial WHM licenses after 15 days it expired and I had no cPanel for around 2 business days. Then they installed another 5 day license which I now have no cPanel license on my server now because this has expired
You should have seen it when the trial licenses lasted for 30 days. They wouldn't give you a normal license until after the first month and enough pestering, if at all, so basically, you pay $50 (or whatever their price is these days) for 2 month's worth of license fees, but you only get a real license for 1 of those 2 months.
this I've basically lost 3 days work and my websites have been down because I cannot restart apache. I have receive 0 response to the ticket. So i'm losing revenue / time now.
I've also tried their number and it rings out.
