ایمیل زدن که از rescue چک کردن . مشکلی نیست مشکل از vmware هست !! متن ایمیل :

i think vmware uses a bandwidth capping mechanism to ensure that every  vps has enough bandwidth. perhaps there is a config for that in vmware.  since the speed in rescue mode (without any kind of QoS/traffic  shaping/bandwidth capping) is okay it is definitly a problem with  vmware.

فعلا از vmware esxii بدون لایسنس استفاده کینم . ممکنه مشکل از این باشه؟
