دلیل این پیغام این هست که سرور در مقابل هندشیک اول شما برای برقراری ارتباط، پکیجی با RST Flag یک فرستاده... یا به زبان ساده تر پورت 21 بسته هست...

دقت کنید که برای استفاده از CuteFTP که از مد پسیو استفاده میکنه، حتما باید پورت های 20 و 21 و همچنین رنج پورت های پسیو اف تی پی که در تنظیمات FTP Server اتون تنظیم میشن باز باشن
