پاسخ : مشكل بسته شدن سرور هاي مايلوك شركت آفاق انديش زنجان

بنده رو 2 روز پیش بن کردن در اینجا
اول از مدیران عذر میخوام که مجدد اکانت ساختم. فقط امدم جواب این آقا رو بدم و برم
دیشب ساعت 9-10 سرورها قطع شدند و من سریعا (قبل اینکه این اقا متوجه بشن) میل زدم و گفتم موضوع چیه. و در جواب گفتن سرور های شما زیاد تخلف دارند و باید سرور 94 که مال ایشون بود ری اینستال بشه. بنده گفتم بک اپ بدید چشم. حاضر نشدن بک اپ بدین و من هم دست نگه داشتم. با با توجه به صحبتهایی که داشتیم حاظر شدن سرور های دیگه رو در پنل خود مشتری بدن ولی ای پی ها و پشتیبانی با ما باشه. و رفع تخلف پای خود مشتری
این آقا گفتند بنده جواب نمیددم.
خیر هم تماس داشتن با شرکت صحبت کردیم و هم با موبایل بنده.
تیکت ها هم همگی پاسخ داده شد.
حتی فکر کردن ما الکی میگیم و درخواست ایمیل های اصلی رو دادن و همگی رو بهشون دادیم. احتمالا وقتی قانع شدن مشکل از سرورشون بوده دست به دامن اینجا شدن.
با سلام، چرا هر دو سرور down هستند؟

احتمالا هر دوسرور برای ddos خاموش شدن !!! هیچ میلی هم از طرف دیتاسنتر برای شما نیومده که برای ما ارسال کنید!!

آقای محترم 9 ساعت گذشت، منتظر پاسخ شما هستم
اقای عزیز بخاطر تخلف های بیش از حد سرور 94 شما کل سرور های ما رو مسدود کردن.
فعلا در حال صحبت باحاشون هستیم. خیلی بتونیم کاری کنیم سرور های دیگه و مجدد فعال کنیم

n116 is reachable just fine. If you can not reach this ip please perform a traceroute/MTR to it so we can check the routing.
n094 on the other hand has been deactivated due to outgoing UDP-floods towards another customer's server which is unacceptable. Please use the iLO device to check what service or virtualserver is transmitting this traffic from your server.
This could be done using tcpdump. Please let me know when appropriate measures have been taken so we can reactivate the switchport again.

I've reactivated n094 again and I'm monitoring the status of the affected other customer. I was instructed to switch off the access port again in case of recurring attacks. I'll update you in this case.

all of your servers have been deactivated due to massive fraudulent/compromising behaviour which is unacceptable. There will be no reactivation until you can briefly describe why this happened and what you have done in the past days to stop flooding attempts and the likes towards other customers like you stated in several tickets.
We are awaiting your feedback regarding these accusitions.
