We used to deal with such customers but most of them are Iranians :) Actually it's a new method to make themselves untrackable / anonymous.
Anyway, we just accept Iranian customers with verified accounts and IR ID Cards. Sorry about that.

Most of Iranian web hosting companies can accept payment methods like PP, Webmoney but As I mentioned above it's a method for Iranian users to make themselves untrackable. We had a lot of customers like that. to avoid such problems we have to verify the client account.

For example If there's an attack from the network in Iran, the company will be responsible for that. I don't want to go into details, but there are a few legal issues that prevent us from providing services to foreigners.

As you can see there are some Iranian webhosting companies can provide you Iranian VPS / Dedicated servers. I hope you enjoy your services.

because i use it for my work and iran always ignore spamhaus

because always spamhaus doing for my work this report :

and if i use usa or ru vps always get blocked vps

but i use iran vps and never get any blocked vps because spamhause ignore via Iran

دوستان توجه کنند این افراد چرا به تازگی سروکلشون توی ایران پیدا شده
فکر میکنید ایران اینقدر توی دنیا قوی شده که خارجی ها میان از دیتاسنتر های ایرانی که پورت لینوکشون به بیرون زور به 5 مگ میرسه میان سرور میخرن..؟
خیر جواب یه جای دیگه هست
به تازگی کلی روسی و عرب کلا هرچی هکر و سارق اینترنتی هتس اومدن از ایرانیها سرور میگیرن چرا..؟
چون فقط ایران کسی رسیدگی نمیکنه به ابیوز ها ولی یه مشکلی که هست اینه
برخی سایت ها مثل http://spamhaus.org/
کل رنج اون سرویس دهنده رو بلاک میکنه و حتا ممکن است اگر به ابیوز ها پاسخ ندن AS NUMBER دیتاسنتر رو هم توی بلاک لیست قرار می دهند + اسم سایت فروشنده هم بلاک لیست میشه

اون دوستی که سرور رو داده 6 دلار به یک خارجی واقعا ارزش برند شما همینقدر است است وگر نه ایشون 600 دلار در میاره از طریق هک و فیشینگ کردن
اخر سر هم شما می مونید و سایت شما بلاک میشه و کاربران شما هم نمی تونند اصلا ایمیلی به گوگل و یاهو از طریق سایت شما بفرستند و تمامی انتی ویروس های دنیا هم سایت شما رو خطر ناک معرفی میکنه و کلی دردسر دیگه که واقعا شما 6 دلار میایید سرور میفروشید اصلا ارزشش رو نداره
اگر هم مشکل حادی پیش بیاد که اسمتون توی لیست سیاه اف بی ای هم خواهد رفت و خارج کشور هم نمی تونید بروید به خاطر یه سرور 6 دلاری که فکر کردید خیلی زرنگ هستید
حد اقل سرور رو کمتر از 100 دلار ندید اینجوری فکر نکنید خوب پول کار کردید

قانون سایت های خارجی اینه که شما باید با ای پی کشوری که در سایت ثبت نام می کنید ، سرور را خرید بزنید و در صورتی که آی پی و کشور یکی نباشه سیستم whmcs آن را fraud می زنه و باید پاسپورت بدی
اما فقط موقعی که فراد بشه و در بقیه موارد از شما مدرکی نمی خوان
این کاربر هم اگر از egypt هست ، آی پی سفارشش هم از مصر باشه دیگه مدرکی لازم نیست ازش بگیرد ، چون خلافی هم مثلا بکنه ایران نیست که !

دوستان دقت کنید که اگر به این افراد آفر بدید در آینده حتی نمیتونید با ip ایران در سرورهای خارجی فعالیت کنید چون رنج ip های ایران بلاک خواهد شد ، در نتیجه بیکار میشید

در صورت اراء سرویس حتما سلفی با پاسپورت و نوشته اسم سایت شما با سلفی فراموش نشه برخی از سایت های داخلی به غیر از ای پی های ایران بسته هست و اگر با ای پی شما هک بشه مسءولیتش به گردن شماست
پس دقت لازم رو حتما داشته باشید

پاسپورت بگیرید. و با سلفی وریفای کنید.

پرداخت رو وبمانی قبول کنید حتی‌المقدور ...
پی‌پل و کردیت که خیلی راحت هکی میزنن به حسابتون! بیت کوین هم قابل ردگیری نیست. حداقل وبمانی بگیرید که پولتون رو گرفته باشید!


بصورت تلفنی وریفای کنید.

و در نهایت حریص نباشید و ارزان نفروشید :)

if youre gonna use the server that way and technically you need a warez server so that you wont recieve any abuse reports, id suggest you using holand datacenters such as ecatel.
not me but some guys here can help you with that if you just need a spam-free server. just let the guys know.
using iran vps could cause problems for all of us and thats why you wont be able to get too many offers. When too many abuses are recieved and the datacenter doesnt respond, then the ip range would be blocked in other countries and that means the ip would have no usages from then on!

one more thing is that we are all afarid of you not being a foreigner whos trying to get service without any identification ( i mean we all are not so sure about you being iranian. That could cause problem for your service provider cause theyve got responsibilities for the ip they provide and all of them get id card from iranian customers so that they can exactly say who used the ip and whos responsible for that (.

by the way, the last post you replied was this:
how great your persian is! You came to the exact forum and posted a service request in service requests forum! That made all of us amazed cause the whole site is persian but you could find the exact forum ;)
