نحوه تغیر whois دامنه ثبت شده در پنل godday

با سلام و وقت بخیر . به تازگی از گووو ددی یک هاست به همراه دامنه خرید کردم .
بعد نام registrant دامنه به نام صاحب کارت پایپال تغیریافته /
من با اطلاعات fake کل خرید رو انجام دادم .
حال قصد دارم تمامی اطلاعات whois دامنه رو تغیر بدم .
در هنگام تغیر یه اخطار بهم میده راستش زیاد سر در نیاوردم که وقتی گقته انتقال دامنه تا 60 روز قفل میشه منظورش چی هست ؟

یعنی شما تا ۶۰ روز نمیتونید دامین بیارید مثلا تو پنل resello یا resellerclub یا هر جای دیگه
