سلام دوستان

من ایمیل ارسال می کنم به یه آدرس ، اما برگشت میخوره
MailEnable: Message could not be delivered to some recipients.
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

Recipient: [SMTP:info@tici.info]
Reason: Remote SMTP Server Returned: 554 The IP Address of the
sender (91.98.29.146) was found in a DNS blacklist database and was
therefore refused.

حالا کسی میدونه برای اینکه از block list این ip رو خارجکنم چه کار باید کرد ؟
