این Abuse رو چطور میشه هندل کرد؟

یه Abuse ی واسم اومده نمیدونم چطوری باید بر طرفش کنم. کسی هست که بتونه کمک کنه؟

We received a complaint regarding an IP assigned to you. Please see the complaint at the bottom of this e-mail. We urge you to take appropriate action to prevent future complaints.

LeaseWeb has been notified that the server you are running within LeaseWebs network with the IP: [see above] is running an open DNS server.
Even though this is not an illegal practice, it is not recommended as malicious individuals can abuse it to perform Ddos attacks which can generate a lot of traffic which can lead to a bandwidth surcharge and abuse complaints. Therefore LeaseWeb urges her customers to change these settings .

Configuring OpenDNS on routers and modems ensures that all computers and devices that connect to that router or modem use OpenDNS and the subsequent Web content filtering and security settings. This is recommended as the best-practice configuration to use for networks that do not have an internal DNS server.

Please note that if you choose to leave the settings as they are, and abuse is generated, you will receive a notification warning, which can lead to a block of all involved IP addresses and/or servers. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

سیستم عاملم centos 6.4 و کنترل پنلم هم virtualmin + webmin هست...اگه کسی بتونه راه حلی بده خیلی ممنون میشم...

می گه آی پی شما ... داره از dns سرور های اوپن دی ان اس 208.67.222.222 , 208.67.220.220 داره استفاده می کنه و می گه این خلاف قانون نیست اما خوب هم نیست و مشکل چی و چی می تونه براتون داره ...

مشکل شما این است که Recursive رو در تنظیمات BIND به عنوان مثال مجاز کردید
این یعنی اینکه من اگر بزنم
nslookup rasanegar.com you.server.ip.address
به من آی پی سرور من رو برمیگردونه !
یعنی اینکه سرور شما اجازه میده از طریق اون DNS Query گرفته بشه !
این یعنی OPEN DNS ! و یکی از مشکلات امنیتی مهم هست که باید حتما رعایت بشه
چون برای اتکر میتونه به عنوان یک راه حمله از نوع DNS amplification attacks باشه که نوعی DDOS است و خیلی از آپ استریم ها و پییر ها آی پی رو در شبکه خودشون در صورت مشاهده نال روت میکنند !
یعنی شما از ناکجا اباد قطع میشید ! یه جایی این وسط مسطها که پیگیریش هم واقعا سخت میشه
