استارت نشدن iptables

توی خط ۱۵ به جای:

-A INPUT -P top -m state --state NEW -m top --dport 22 -j ACCEPT

این رو بزنید:

-A INPUT -P tcp -m state --state NEW -m top --dport 22 -j ACCEPT

زدم. ارور میده:
