2 ماهه پورت privatelayer ترکیده

ما هم قصدمون انتقال سرور بود و الان حاظرم فقط بک آپمو بدن و 5 روز هم نیاز ندارم

سرور رو فکر می کنم فرمت کردن

بابا به کی بگم 5 روز وفتش مونده بوده

پنل که دست خودتون نیست
privatelayer به خاطر 5روز یا 10 تاخیر در پرداخت هم چنین کاری نمیکنه
از کسی که خرید کردین بپرسین که اصل قضیه چی هست

اینا هم سریع ورداشتن سرور رو دادن به کسه دیگه و اونم سری لینوکس نصب کرده روش

طی پیگیری سرور به درخواست شما دیتاسنتر ساعت 8 این پاسخ رو دادند :

Thank you for your email.
Unfortunately, the customer's request was not clear if he wanted the server to be canceled immediately, it only said that he was not interested in the server anymore, and requested us to proceed with cancellation.

We have already recycled the server, and the server belongs to another client at this moment.
If you are to provide this client with a server, we can put up a new server with the same specs, basically the same deal. Data recovery however will not be possible as we have used that server and the HDD it had.

This ticket has been placed in the administration department for further followup with it. If you have any further questions, please reply to this ticket.

این حالتو whmcs هم داره که طرف میخواد در پایان قرار داد دیگه تمدید نکنه سرویس رو درخواست لغو میده
شما درخواست لغو داده بودی به دیتاسنتر؟
اعلام کردید در پایان دوره درخواست لغو دارید؟

واسط خریداری شما باید بهشون میگفت که اخر ماه کنسل کنید تا دقیقا روز موعد تمدید ایمیل میزند. با توجه به گفته دیتاسنتر ایشون فقط ایمیل زدن که این سرور رو کنسل کنید. اونا هم سریع کنسل کردند !

سرور بالا اومد خدارو باید شکر کنند ، خسارت پیش کش!
یادش بخیر من یه تاپیک زدم که درس عبرت بشه واسه بعضی ها ولی.......
