مشکل در استارت IBSng فوری

[mr.rival]

تمام مراحل نصب و کانفیگ IBSng رو بدون مشکل وخطا جلو رفتیم اما موقع استارت IBSng با این ارور مواجه میشیم :

چندین بار هم httpd و postgresql رو ریست کردیم درست نشد
