استارت خوبی در موضوع جالبی بود.
بنده در این مورد الان بهشون تیکت دادم و به این شکل مطرح کردم

Dear Sir / Madam ,

As you know in ResellerClub We had a feature which allowed us to move a domain from a reseller to another .
by now some of my customers had submitted a ticket in my client area and they mentioned that they want to transfer their domains from their previous sub-reseller to the sub-reseller that they got from me!
actually there are someones who want to be my customer and transfer their domains to mines !
Is there any solution in this condition ?

موضوع دیگری که مهم است ، notification ها هست !
هنگام تمدید دامین و شارژ پنل و .... ایمیلی ارسال نمی کنه که این خیلی بده به نظرم.

Hi,

It is possible to move products (domains or hosting) from one customer to another if both customers are under the same reseller only.

In your case the only solution would be to do a 'real' domain transfer, which in some cases would result in your customer having to pay (and get) one additional year of registration.
