    دوستان یه خبر احتمالن خوش دارم براتون.
    بعد از کلی چک و چونه زدن با پشتیبانی بالاخره درخواست من انجام شد. (البته بازم میگم کشورم رو تایلند زده بودم) مکالمات بین من و پشتیبانی رو اینجا میذارم شاید به دردتون بخوره. امروز هم یه درخواست دیگه میذارم ببینم بازم حذف میشه یا نه.

    I would like to remind you of the cut-off time:

    - 5pm on Sundays EDT (New York), which is 7am on Monday AEST (Sydney), to be processed on Monday (NY)/ Tuesday (Sydney).
    - 5pm on Wednesday EDT (New York), which is 7am on Thursday AEST (Sydney) to be processed on Thursday (NY)/ Friday (Sydney).

    Please trust me! I have worked on your website for several months now, and withdrew many times. So I'm very well aware of the cut off times. The problem is that when I request a withdrawal after one day my request is just dropped! When I go to my withdraw page I see this:

    You have no pending withdrawals

    There must be a bug in your system right now. Can you please check it out? I'm going to request another withdraw now.

    I requested another withdrawal. It's so bad I need to wait until 20-21 May! That's another 4 days. I've been trying to receive this payment for almost one week. This is the screenshot of my withdraw page attached.

    It happened again!
    I requested another withdrawal as you suggested and it got disappeared again! Take a look at the previous request screenshot. I attached the new one. No pending request!
    This is not acceptable by any means. I needed this money last week and I counted on it! But after a week I haven't received it yet. The bad news is this is not just me. We have been discussing this on some forums and some of my friends has exactly the same problem during last 10 days or so. This seems to be a serious problem. I'm gonna stop bidding until this problem is fixed. There is no point on working on your website if I can't receive the money.

    Please try to solve my isssue instead of saying it's only my problem.
    I requested a paypal withdrawal 4 days ago. Everyday two times I logined from different machines and different browsers. The request was pending for process on 20-21 May. Suddenly tonight I checked it again and it was disappeared. Currently we're talking with my friends about this issue. I know at least three people other than me who are experiencing this issue. I'm gonna submit this issue to as many forums as I can. I hope finally you acknowledge this bug.

    And by the way, I'm a programmer and this is not my first time using a browser. I can distinguish a browser problem and a website bug.

    I requested another withdrawal for the fourrth time yesterday. And it's got deleted today. Everytime I request a withdraw I receive a notification email, too. But My request disappears automagically! I'm getting worried about my money and my future on the website! Any news from the proper department?
