به نظر من شما قبول کن. شروع کن انجام دادن. ایشالا مشکل برطرف میشه. محض اطمینان میتونی آی دی اسکایپ هم از طرف بگیری که اگر اتفاقی افتاد بگی مستقیم بفرسته به پی پلت.

7 Prohibition

(1) A transaction is prohibited if:

(a) it is a transaction that involves the provision of one or more designated services by a reporting entity; and

(b) the reporting entity is aware, or ought reasonably to be aware, at the time of the transaction, that a party to the transaction is:

(i) an individual who is physically present in Iran; or

(ii) a corporation incorporated in Iran; and

(c) the transaction involves the provision of one or more of the services mentioned in items 17, 29, 30, 31, 32 or 34 of table 1 in section 6 of the Act; and

(d) the value of the money or property involved in the transaction is not less than $20 000; and

(e) none of the parties to the transaction is:

(i) the Commonwealth, a State or Territory; or

(ii) a person exempted under regulation 9; and

(f) the transaction does not relate to:

(i) the Iranian Embassy in Canberra; or

(ii) a member of the diplomatic staff of the Embassy who is entitled to any privileges or immunities under the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Act 1967; or

(iii) the head or member of staff of a consular post in Australia or an external territory operated by Iran who is entitled to any privileges or immunities under the Consular Privileges and Immunities Act 1972; and

(g) it is not exempt under regulation 8.

(2) A reporting entity must not provide a designated service in relation to a prohibited transaction.

Penalty: 50 penalty units.

منبع خیلی خوبیه. ممنون. حالا میتونیم ببینیم قانونی که بهش اشاره میکنن بهانه ست یا واقعا الزام براشون ایجاد میکنه.

بله برای من هم بعد از اینکه پرسیدم چرا درخواستم حذف شده این اتفاق افتاد توی شماره ۳۵ همین تاپیک خبرش رو اعلام کردم. من پی‌پل ندارم و نمی دونم چنین اقدامی چقدر احتمالش هست. اما این هم یک ایراد دیگه اعلام واقعی کشور هست.

به نظرتون از اطاق بازرگانی ایران و استرالیا میتونیم کمک بخوایم طرف ایرانی از طرف استرالیایی توضیح بخواد؟ یا چنین درخواستی بیشتر شبیه یک جوک هست؟

دوستان یه خبر احتمالن خوش دارم براتون.
بعد از کلی چک و چونه زدن با پشتیبانی بالاخره درخواست من انجام شد. (البته بازم میگم کشورم رو تایلند زده بودم) مکالمات بین من و پشتیبانی رو اینجا میذارم شاید به دردتون بخوره. امروز هم یه درخواست دیگه میذارم ببینم بازم حذف میشه یا نه.

Please trust me! I have worked on your website for several months now, and withdrew many times. So I'm very well aware of the cut off times. The problem is that when I request a withdrawal after one day my request is just dropped! When I go to my withdraw page I see this:

You have no pending withdrawals

There must be a bug in your system right now. Can you please check it out? I'm going to request another withdraw now.

It happened again!
I requested another withdrawal as you suggested and it got disappeared again! Take a look at the previous request screenshot. I attached the new one. No pending request!
This is not acceptable by any means. I needed this money last week and I counted on it! But after a week I haven't received it yet. The bad news is this is not just me. We have been discussing this on some forums and some of my friends has exactly the same problem during last 10 days or so. This seems to be a serious problem. I'm gonna stop bidding until this problem is fixed. There is no point on working on your website if I can't receive the money.

Please try to solve my isssue instead of saying it's only my problem.
I requested a paypal withdrawal 4 days ago. Everyday two times I logined from different machines and different browsers. The request was pending for process on 20-21 May. Suddenly tonight I checked it again and it was disappeared. Currently we're talking with my friends about this issue. I know at least three people other than me who are experiencing this issue. I'm gonna submit this issue to as many forums as I can. I hope finally you acknowledge this bug.

And by the way, I'm a programmer and this is not my first time using a browser. I can distinguish a browser problem and a website bug.

I requested another withdrawal for the fourrth time yesterday. And it's got deleted today. Everytime I request a withdraw I receive a notification email, too. But My request disappears automagically! I'm getting worried about my money and my future on the website! Any news from the proper department?
