Hello,

The root password is not working. However this is because queueprocd is part of cPanel 11.25 but the server is at cPanel 11.24. This was not removed in chkservd when the downgrade was performed. You can edit /var/run/chkserv.d and remove queueprocd and then go in /etc/chkservd and remove queueprocd there. After that run /usr/local/canel/startup. If you require assistance with this please let me know.
