مشکل در run کردن http در سی پنل

وقتی می زنم که ران بشه این خطاها رو نمایش میده

service httpd start

مشکل از چی می تونه باشه ؟
سرور هم بعد حدودا یه ساعت می خوابه یعنی ساعت داون میشه
لطفا کسانی که می خوان کمک کنن لطف کنن قید کنن با چه دستوراتی بررسی کنم

اگر برات امکان داره به نظرم از اکانت ها بکاپ بگیر، سرور رو حذف و از نو بساز.

هر چی نسخه اپاچی میره بالاتر مشکلات جدیدتر و جدیدتر
