A Bronze SLA gives LeaseWeb customers priority support with a response within one business day of submission of a support ticket in addition to the included Best Effort SLA.

A Silver SLA gives LeaseWeb customers priority support with a response within 12 hours of submission of a support ticket in addition to the included Best Effort SLA.

- SLA Gold (24x7x4)
A Gold SLA gives LeaseWeb customers priority support with a response within 4 hours of submission of a support ticket in addition to the included Best Effort SLA.

- SLA Platinum (24x7x1)
