بله، میده.
ولی خود پی پال توصیه میکنه که بیزینس باشه (پریمایر رو برای مواردی میگه که همیشگی نباشه)
تنها فرقشون هم Multi User Accessه

با ایران مشکل داره ولی فکر نکنم با ایرانی (خارج از کشور) مشکلی داشته باشه
