As your registrar of record, eNom, Inc requests your immediate attention to this matter regarding your domain, #######.com.
eNom, Inc, as a US-based company, must comply with US laws. These laws prohibit us from providing services to Cuba, Iran, and Sudan (“Sanctioned Countries”).
Based on the information available to us, transactions for your Domain came from an Internet Protocol (“IP”) address associated with a Sanctioned Country. Also, some or all of the “who is” contact information for your Domain is in a Sanctioned Country. Therefore, we have tentatively concluded that your Domain is controlled by a person located in a Sanctioned Country.
Unfortunately, because it appears that the Domain is controlled from a Sanctioned Country, we cannot continue to provide the Domain with registrar and related services. However, if you believe you received this letter in error, you can remedy this situation by sending documents showing that your Domain is not controlled by a person in a Sanctioned Country.
Specifically, to continue providing service to you, we must receive evidence showing that both: (1) the IP address from which you are accessing your Domain is not associated with a Sanctioned Country; and (2) the actual street address for the person(s) controlling the Domain is not in a Sanctioned Country.
Attached to this email is an affidavit that must be signed by the registrant for the Domain and returned to us in order permit us to continue doing business with you.
Unless we have received the affidavit and supporting materials no later than 15 days from the date of this email, enforcement actions will be taken against your Domain including removing DNS servers and suspending services to your Domain. A suspension of services means that you will lose access to, and control over, your Domain.
As we previously notified you, your ability to perform financial transactions for your Domain, such as registration renewal, has been frozen and will remain so until you have provided the affidavit and supporting materials described in this letter. If you have registration auto-renew in place for your Domain, this feature has been disabled.

Affidavit of Eligibility
AFFIDAVIT
I, ____________________________________, am submitting this affidavit to eNom, Inc [and its resellers] (the “Registrar”), with the understanding that it will be relied upon by the Registrar in connection with the domain name listed on Exhibit B to this affidavit (the “Domain”).
1. I hereby represent and warrant that: (1) I am the registrant of record for the Domain; (2) I am not a resident or national of Cuba, Iran, or Sudan (the “Sanctioned Countries”); (3) I do not act on behalf of or at the direction of a person, corporate or governmental or other entity located in or existing under the laws of a Sanctioned Country; and (4) all of the information and materials that I am providing and will provide to the Registrar, including the information and materials accompanying this affidavit, is true, accurate, and complete.
2. The billing contact, registrant contact, technical contact, administrative contact, and, if applicable, auxiliary billing contact information for the Domain is set forth on Exhibit B.
3. Attached to this affidavit is a true and correct copy of a government-issued form of identification, utility bill, or lease showing my address or the address of the entity that is the registrant for the Domain.
4. I have been given a full opportunity to review this affidavit. I fully understand all of the terms of this affidavit and sign it voluntarily, freely, and knowingly.
5. If the registrant for the Domain is a corporation or other legal entity, I represent that I have the authority to enter into this Affidavit on behalf of the legal entity and this Affidavit binds the registrant.
