You have not activated the .IN promo in your reseller account and that is the reason you are not charged according to the promo price.

You need to follow the steps given below to activate the .IN promo:

Step1 : Login into your control panel.
Step2 : Go to Settings--->Manage Products and pricing.
Step3 : Click on 'Domain Registration' link.
Step4 : Click on '.IN Domain link under 'Currently Available Promos' section and fill in the appropriate details.
Step5 : Once you update the promo, you need to clear the cache by going to Tools--->Reload Supersite and PartnerSite cache--->All Supersite and PartnerSite Settings.

After you perform the above steps, the promo pricing will be applicable for your reseller account.
