سوالی درباره عدم پرداخت و قرارداد ..فوری

سلام
اقا این سایت سئو هاستینگ هنوز مارو ول نکرده . رفته توی سایتی که اسمش را در قرارداد اورده بودم و از طریق اون فروم ایمیل داده .
اشتباه من این بود که نام واقعیم واسم سایت را دادم .
آیا فقط با اون دو اسم میتونن شکایت کنن؟

این محتوای ایمیلی هست که دادند . البته من اصلا جوابی بهشون نمیدم. که اولش نام و نام سایت من را نوشته اند که اینجا من نیاوردم.
