مشکل در whmcs

با پشتیبانی تماس گرفتم گفتن مشکل از یکی از پورت هاست که از طریق فایروال بلاک شده , پورت رو پیدا کنین تا براتون بازش کنیم.
حالا این پورت رو از کجا پیدا کنم؟

Server Command Error - Curl Error - Couldn't resolve host (6)
