پنل دایرکتی دارم اما دیگه پشتیبانی نمیشه، چطور انتقال بدم؟

مشکلم رو با ایمیل های داده شده مطرح کردم. یکیشون(compliance@resellerclub.com) به من جواب داد:

If you have any difficulty in reaching the Reseller then please ask the registrant of the domain name Saeed Motamedi ( ejo****28@gmail.com ) to contact us.

بعد با همون ایمیلی که گفته بهشون ایمیل زدم. دوباره به همین ایمیل اولی جواب دادن، نمی دونم این جواب دوباره بخاطر ارسال ایمیل از اون ایمیلیه که گفتن یا همینجوری دلش خواسته دوباره جواب داده:

As all your Attempts to contact the Reseller have proved futile, we shall start the compliance process for you. Herein, we have intimated the reseller to assist you to manage your domain name within a given time frame of 48 hours.

After the lapse of the given time period, if the resellers fails to provide you with adequate support or respond to us as how he has assisted you, we shall assist you to gain the domain name cham****ar.com to manage it on your own solely.

In the event that you do not hear back from your Reseller or your Reseller is unwilling to assist, please feel re-open this Support Request, so that we may be able to assist you further.
