مشکل با دیتاسنتر سینگل هاپ - کمک

سلام
من از دیتاسنتر سینگل هاپ چند ماهیی خیلی Abuse می گیرم !
و 99% Abuse های من به موضوع زیر هستش !
چه طور می تونم دسترسی به سایت زیر را ببندم !
و این سایت چرا block می کنه ؟

مشکل اساسی من با سایت California Institute of Technology هستش ...

خوب من الان در حال حاضر بسیاری از پورت های رو در ( TCP - UDP / Incoming - Outgoing Traffic ) را بسته ام ...
می تونی درباره این موضوع که گفتید کانفیگ بهتری کنید واضع تر صحبت کنی ؟
