You may need to apply the basic ACLs like Netbios and 1819 and anti spoof blocking on our switch port in order to prevent such spoofing issues.
You may already realized that we do routing to serve our VPS customers with VP--N servers capabilities and such routings will definitely ring the bell for spoofers in your network.
I would happily investigate that for you if you like by scanning your network to find such spoofers but I afraid that might be against your policy too.
As the last word, we would like to continue doing business with you and are not a fan of moving forward each time we face an issue with our contracted datacenters but if you need us to do so, we would.
