Maybe those providers you mention don't take abuse serious, we do. We like
to keep our network clean and filter out dirty customers.
We use shadowserver.org as 1 of the parties to scan our network for
malicious activity.

We have over 500 servers and never got any complaints in from any of our IP
ranges (and we have over 100 ip ranges active at this point).
Only you pop out all the time with abuse. If you don't like this and you
want to keep on putting dirty customers with us, I suggest you move on.
