درسته نت دایرکت (لیزوب آلمان )هم همینجور شده - البته نت دایرکت 8 ای پی بیشتر روی سرور های جدیدش نمیده و ما که در خواست ای پی اضافه دادیم این جوابشون بود :

Hello,
    
    We provide 3 IPs per server for free.
    In addition you can allocate 
    5 further IPs,
    0,84 Euro each (per month, without VAT).
    Those you can request automatically
    via the customer panel.
    
    If you want to use more IPs you have to
    request a IP block (min. 32IPs) for which
    we have to set a RIPE entry with your
    personal/company data.
    (0,84Euro for each IP per month and
    41,93Euro ontime fee, without VAT)
    Valid reason according to the RIPE
    guidelines has to be provided.
    These IPs can be moved from one 
    to an other of your servers via an 
    additional tool in your customer 
    panel account.
