The Skechers Mark is protected globally, including in the United States by Federal Registration No. 1,851,977, and in the European Union by EUTM Registration No. 004307691. These registrations constitute conclusive evidence of Skechers' ownership of, and exclusive right to use, the Skechers Mark.
According to WHOIS sources, you are the Internet Service Provider to skechersiran.ir, IP: 95.216.240.230. This site uses the Skechers Mark in its domain name and content without our authorization. This use falsely suggests Skechers' sponsorship or endorsement of the website and constitutes trademark infringement.
