تغییر کاراکتر جدا کننده تگ ها در وردپرس

سلام ممنونم . فقط دو تا سوال دارم ازتون
این کد فقط مختص برچسب هاست یا همه ی پیوند های یکتای سایت ؟ امکانی وجود داره که فقط برای برچسب ها لحاظ کنیم ؟

سوال دوم اینکه فایلی که فرمودید دو تا عینا وجود داره و چند تای دیگه هم توی اسمشون شباهت دارن :|

این کد فقط کاراکتر عنوان مطالب ارسالی پر وردپرس رو تغییر میده
فایلی هم که عرض کردم داخل پوشه اصلی قالب هست نه پوشه های دیگر وردپرس
