Those licenses are automatically granted by our licensing system based on certain criteria, our trial licenses are issued at the discretion of cPanel and are not intended for use as a promotional or temporary service to offer your new or existing customers.

As stated previously, we are unable to manually activate a 45-day license on 46.4.201.206
