سوال: مشکل ارسال ایمیل و سرویس dovcot

سلام دوستان

وقتی از طریق فرم تماس سایت ایمیل ارسال بشه با این ارور در ایمیل مواجه میشم:

از سرورهای کلود هتزنر استفاده میکنم.

به دایرکت ادمین تیکت زدم اینو گفت:

Hi, Your server hostname doesn't have nor AAAA record, not PTR record for 2a01:4f8:1c0c:****::1. So you have to create them:

چیزی که گفت رو انجام دادم ولی مشکل حل نشد !

و از طرفی سرویس dovcot در بخش Service Monitor در دایرکت ادمین نیست !

اصراری بر استفاده از ipv6 هست؟

نه اصراری نیست، یعنی تا غیرفعال نشه مشکل حل نمیشه ؟
الان نمیدونم چرا سرویس dovcot غیبش زده !

سرویس dovcot رو دوباره نصب کردم ولی نیستش در بخش سرویسها !
