مشکل عدم نمایش ابزارک ها در برگه های سایت!

ممنون از شما امّا بنده موفق نشدم. کد فایل single.php و index.php و page.php را قرار می دهم ممنون می شوم اگر بفرمایید کدام کد باید در page.php کپی شود:
