مشکل از هاست کننده سایت بود ! حلش کردم عجیب بود در قسمت SSL/TLS Status خطای زیر رو میداد :

A DNS (Domain Name System) or web server misconfiguration may exist. The domain “domain.ir” resolved to an IP address “IP” that does not exist on this server.
IP ​هم آی پی هاست قبلی رو گزراش میداد !!!
