درود ، دوست عزیز شما باید bind سرور رو یک بار کامل حذف و دوباره نصب کنید :

حذف bind »

yum -y remove bind-chroot

نصب bind »

yum -y install bind

بعدش دوباره سی پنل را نصب کنید
