FTP باید passive باشد
اگر سرور مجازیتان سی پنل است موارد زیر را انجام دهید
1

. Set MONOLITHIC_KERNEL to 1
2. Add the port hole as mentioned in deadeye's post (e.g. 30000:35000)
3. Restart csf
4. Add the passive port range to pure-ftpd.conf (make sure it's the identical range to the one in 2. above)
5. Restart pure-ftpd
6. Make sure your FTP client is using PASV (passive) FTP mode
