We plan to install vmware esx on the server as a virtual instrument and use mikrotik as the operating system for virtual machines .
This plan requires that the data center network support from bridged mode .
Bridged mode lets the virtual machine share the host's Ethernet connection, while appearing as a separate machine with its own MAC and TCP/IP address .
NAT mode nats through the hosts NIC, much like the 192.168.1.x machines nat through your router to the internet .
The VMware assigns DHCP addresses to the virtual network cards, and the NAT system takes it from there through the real NIC .

As Long as the dhcp is not pointing to the outside network and the add. Interfaces are generating ARP Replys or the Real Interface do p-r-o-x-y these requests there should be no problem

نتیجه ؟!

باید به قوانین اون کشور هم توجه کرد. مثلا امریکا روی کپی رایت خیلی حساسه ولی اینها کاری به کپی رایت ندارند و روی اسپم خیلی حساسن.

خوب قانون این کار این هست که اخطار داده بشه و 24 ساعت زمان بدن که طرف بررسی کنه
ولی در صورتی که مشتری در این وظیفه ـش کوتاهی کرد ، میتونند آی پی رو بلاک کنند !
