اگر بعد از ری استارت شدن سرور این مشکل پیش میاد مشکل این دستورات بزنید درست میشه
chkconfig squid on ; chkconfig httpd on ; chkconfig IBSng on ; chkconfig postgresql on ; service postgresql restart ; service httpd restart ; service squid restart ; service IBSng restart
