Thanks for contacting AppleCare chat support. My name is Kaleb. Please give me a moment to look over your information.
Kaleb: Hey **** is ************* the best email address to send you your case information and/or any helpful information from our chat session?
Me:Hi,yes it's the best
Me:I'm awaiting for your answers, thank you
Kaleb:Awesome **** thank you for letting me know. I understand after updating the iPad to iOS 8.1.3 you are having headaches while looking at the screen. Is that correct?
Me:Yes,it is
Kaleb:Well that is not good to hear. That is not the intention of the software. As far as answering the question. Once you update the iPad, there is not a way to downgrade it. When we push out a new update it is to provide security features and to address bugs that have come up with previous versions.
Me:So to you what is the best solution for this problem?
Me:You know I searched over the internet sites and I see it's the problem for many of people
Me:They said this problem is after version 7
Kaleb:Well we do have some features we can work with inside the iPad to see if we can help with correcting what it is that is giving you the headache. Maybe adjusting the motion or adjusting the color to something not as bright?
Kaleb:I have not heard or read anything about it. As iOS 8 and 7 scheme wise are pretty much the same. The big change in the way everything looks was from iOS 6 to iOS 7.
Me:please look at this:
Me:
https://www.google.com/webhp…
Kaleb:I see, and that was with iOS 7. Which we have a setting we can change in the iPhone to help with that issue.
Kaleb:and iPad’s as well.
Me:Would you please help me to find that setting to test
Me:Maybe it works well
Me:In which section could I find it?
Kaleb:Sure, if you will go ahead and on the iPad please go to Settings > General > Accessibility.
Kaleb:From there look for a option that says “Reduce Motion”. It should be set to off by default. Go ahead and tap on that and then turn it on.
Kaleb:To turn it on tap on the slide switch on the right of the screen.
Me:Thank you,I found it and turned it on
Me:Is there any options to be impressive for this problem?
Kaleb:Not really with that reduce motion on you will notice that the screen no longer tilts when you tilt it or at least the picture bending. And it will not longer do the zoom in and out when switching apps.
Kaleb:Most apps now when opened will just open.
Me:Of course yes,I'm in examining now and I thought it became better
Me:Is there any ways to continue this chat in the future for more solutions if it won't work for me?
Kaleb:Well not this exact chat. But if you use this case number ********, the next advisor will be able to pick up where we left off here.
Me:Thanks for your guidance and helping
