از چه هندلری برای php استفاده می کنید ؟ fastcgi را چک کنید
مراحل زیر را نیز پیگیری نمایید :
1 ) Click on the Websites & Domains tab.
2 ) Click on the domain name near the bottom of the page.
3) Uncheck the box next to PHP support.
4) Click OK. This will take you back to the Websites & Domains tab.
5 ) Click on your domain name again.
6 ) Check the box next to PHP support.
7 ) Click OK again.
8 ) Refresh your page CTRL+F5.
